About the Opportunity

 

In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate customer records. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.

• Handle incoming calls, resolve inquiries when possible, and route issues appropriately.

• Provide accurate quotations for standard products using established tools and procedures.

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system within 24 hours while maintaining accuracy.

• Advocate for customers and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Review and process customer requests for credit and debit adjustments.

• Educate customers and distributors on available self-service tools.

• Issue RMAs (Return Material Authorizations), explain return policies, and provide repair procedure information.

• Work with Operations to expedite deliveries when required.

• Maintain accurate customer records, including orders, credits, and other customer documentation.

• Address customer concerns and complaints professionally while working with internal teams to find effective solutions.
   

Required Qualifications
 

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Prior customer service experience (Mandatory)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a remote team.

Compensation
 

Expected Base Salary: $58,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
